We are looking to consolidate with their CRM, used vehicle mgmt tool, online inventory, and Call Bright for call tracking/monitoring.

We are also looking at Contact Mgtmt b/c we are with ERA but the cost and commitment is outrageous!

For a used vehicle mgmt tool we are comparing VIN Solutions and I have a demo today with vAuto.
