I wanted to see what you all thought I started about 8 months ago doing tailored walkaround video's for customers that we received leads on each one is tailored. We I don't let the same one be usedmore than once .We have had a HUGE sucess with this since implementing this.However I have recently had several customer submit leads and right at the bottom or somewhere in it ,it will state please don't send me a corny,stupid,dumb video of this ****** vehicle just give me the info I wanted and some of them even want pictures. I think that these customers are sending there leads thinking that thery are going to get the same thing they got from the guy down the road, or have previously sent a lead to another dealership and get a manafactured or generic video. Do you like the idea of sending your customer a tailored walkaround of the vehicle they inquired about? Do you use the same video for everyone that's one the same vehicle ? Or do you think it is a waste all together I look forward to hearing everyone's thought about this and the different things they do. Any and all thoughts, idea's and info is greatly appreciated.
