PCG Digital Marketing is Hiring Automotive Professionals

EATONTOWN, NJ – PCG Digital Marketing, NJ’s fastest growing automotive digital marketing agency, is expanding their staff at their Eatontown, NJ headquarters and Dallas/Fort Worth office.  The PCG partners are looking for experienced automotive professionals to join the team at PCG Digital Marketing as well as their new company, PCG Consulting, Inc.

PCG Consulting is now accepting resumes for the following positions:

Dealer Consultants: The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with dealers to coordinate PCG staff resources, vendor meetings, on-site training, and assist in project management tasks.   Strong phone skills are needed as well as the ability to manage client communications in our CRM system.

Sales Professionals:  The ideal candidate should have experience calling on dealers in a consultative manner.  Candidates should have strong organizational and presentation skills.  Candidates who have experience creating proposals that address the needs of dealers would be preferred.  Sales professionals should be very comfortable making presentations on digital marketing and BDC process/training services.

Management Professional:  This person will help build and mentor our teams of consultants that serve the automotive community.  Candidate should have previous experience leading teams and managing budgets. Solid communication skills and some travel will be required.   This management position would require the candidate to work out of our Eatontown, NJ office.

BDC/CRC Managers: These positions are a part of the dealer consulting division to assist dealers with BDC process and sales development.  Candidates would be working under the leadership of Marc McGurren.  **BDC consulting team will be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Position requires 10-15 days of travel a month.
