Having Problems With Google Places Listings Merging?

Dealers who have multiple business franchises at one location, have experienced problems with Google Places listings merging. This is often the case when these stores share a common phone number.

Is there some relief in sight? Short term no, but in the near term Google+ looks like the way that Google will be going to create more efficient and accurate business directory listing pages.

I explain my suggestions in the video below:

Are Your Registered For DMSC?

As I am writing this post there are only 40 tickets left for DMSC.  The discounted room rates of $69 a night will end on January 15th.

I look forward to seeing members of the automotive Community at DMSC (http://www.digitalmarketingstrategies.org) and the agenda and speakers are just outstanding.

Don't miss out on getting your operations and marketing strategies set for the new year ahead from our expert  speakers and dealers who are sharing their successful strategies.

If you plan on sending more than 5 people from your group, call Carrie Hemphill at 908-601-6475.

I haven't tried yet, Brian, but do you need a different email address (and Google Account) associated with each Google + profile?  That would be creating a lot of different entities to log into for most dealerships.  LIkely more than they want to dedicate their time to.  (Hence, just sign up with PCG so they don't have to do it all... I get it now :)
