No I was not given anything.  Interesting enough someone from AT saw the post and I promptly got it.  I already wrote a few TIM responses and call scripts.  Kinda glad I did the ones I got were not well thought out if you want my opinion...if not that's cool too.

funny you post this now.  Just heard that we were made an example of in a competitors meeting with AT-TIM.  Funny...we noticed a few 'shopping' inquiries made by AT.  Needless to say we were not happy - wouldn't common sense say to use non-local stores when meeting with a dealer?  No we didn't receive a book with templates/scripts either.  Our main rep was unaware and is working to get us some info.  Whatever I get I will post.

 

In the meantime....would love to see other templates, processes, etc. 

 

Just got 'shopped by AT reps and presented as one of the dealers not doing a good job at a competitors meeting!

Did your rep not give you a booklet when you signed up with TIM? Mine gave me a whole book on the program with an email template and phone script.
