Are we getting ripped off or am I missing something?


With this impressive group of professional I’m incline to think if I can't get my answers here I need to go back to fixed ops where I started.

I'm looking for a plan to escape the bottomless money pit known as internet referral companies. For 30 years I've felt sales departments were being ripped off by news papers, maintaining multi hundreds of thousands in advertising deals, I feel like the lead referral companies are doing it to our sales departments these days. I want to take control of the web process, from marketing to information disbursement, I think we can do a better job and get more bang for our bucks by taking control of the entire process.


We're bringing the internet sales department and our dedicated delivery department personal together ,we will be coordinating their processes and

sharing marketing information. It will be our objective to debrief every customer during the final leg of the delivery process. We’ll ask consistent questions and trend answers. In an effort to put together a workable website and internet lead process with the end result of eliminating all of our costly lead referral services. Will this work? Is this being done? Not looking to reinvent the wheel here just the process.

The better questions is traditional advertising and third party lead providers giving your dealership an ROI that makes financial sense. If you want to fight back and regain more control of your Internet marketing plan let me give you two sugegstions.
